This brand-new festival in Barcelona is for skaters and non-skaters and will offer a mix of fun activities like workshops, skate, music, dance, movies, and art, next to an opportunity to get inspired, challenge stereotypes, and connect with others. It is a space idealized and created by @longboardgirlscrew, and open to everyone. We are happy to launch the ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023

THE ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS were initiated when, due to COVID restrictions, there could be no live event. Many have asked us to keep this online part going because they can not afford to travel to Eindhoven. So this is why we keep organising these ‘Online Championship’, so everyone can show their skills and we can gather funds to make it possible for the most talented riders to go to Eindhoven, The Netherlands in 2024. Of course we underline the complete difference with competing live. No retakes and the pressure of all eyes on the rider, that is what makes or brakes the path to be World Champion. So this is why we call it the ‘Online Championship’.

Thanks to @battlen0w for providing a new amazing platform for the competition!

(the platform which we were using before is taken over by Surfline and inactive)

it's time to get those camera's rolling for SO.. ONLINE 2023

More info will be announced later but we like to START FILMING! Make two video's in case you make it through the finals and want to have a video ready for that. The uploading will be possible in SEPTEMBER, with a deadline on the 15th of September. How and where will be announced on our website and through the socials.

The levels will be 'PRO' and 'INTERMEDIATE'. More information you can find in the link in our bio.

Entry Rules:

Your entry has to be EXACTLY one minute, longer and shorter video's are disqualified.

You can add music

You can not alter speed

You can not cut

Good luck, enjoy and have a great summer or winter 🍀
